DELIVERY INFO
We want you to receive your goods as quickly as possible and in the condition in which they are dispatched. To do this we
use Royal Mail or a courier service. Delivery charges will depend on the service chosen (standard or express delivery)
and the weight of your items. We will use the most suitable form of delivery for the weight and service chosen. The price
structure is below. Charges are calculated automatically, based on the weight of the order. All you need to do is to choose
the service you require and where your goods are going.
FREE DELIVERY
Spend over £100 (excluding delivery) and standard delivery is free in England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands (including Glasgow and Edinburgh). Other areas receive a discount equivalent to the charge to England, Wales and Mainland Scotland.
TIMED DELIVERIES
No need to stay in all day waiting for your delivery!
Choose our express delivery option and you will receive an email and / or text directly from the courier on the day of delivery giving you a one hour slot that your delivery driver will be with you!* You will even get your driver's name!
If the delivery time isn’t convenient for you will have the option to change the delivery to another day by email or text.

We do our best to deliver the goods to the correct address, however we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. If goods are delayed due to this information being incorrect or incomplete, we are unable to offer any refund. Always ensure you supply us with a correct, complete delivery address including postcode.
Once delivered at the given address, it is no longer the responsibility of Signature Balloons. If the goods are accepted or signed for by someone other than the recipient, but not passed on, we cannot take responsibility for this or offer any refund
If you choose express delivery and your order is not delivered or an attempted delivery is not made on the day expected you will be entitled to a full refund of your delivery charge. Exceptions to this rule include, but are not limited to, your delivery being delayed by terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, incorrectly supplied address details, strikes, blockades, natural disasters industrial accidents and road accidents.
HELIUM HIRE CYLINDER DELIVERY
Helium hire cylinders are delivered by third party agents across the country. We suggest having your cylinder delivered a minimum of 2 working days (Mon - Fri) prior to your event to allow enough time to sort out any problems with the delivery agent should they occur. Should you need the cylinder within a couple of days for your event, we can usually do it - we just like to play it safe! If you only have enough time to order a helium cylinder to be delivered the day before your event or the day of your event, please ensure that if it has not been delivered by 2.00pm you call us to allow some time for us to chase it up with the agent. If you do not let us know by 2.00pm we may not be able to get your helium to you in time for your event. We are not able to offer our Express Delivery option on helium hire cylinders as we do not dispatch them from our premises, however if you do want them the next day, we can, more often than not, arrange that.
1. How quickly will my order be delivered? If you choose standard delivery, your order should arrive within 5 days, however it is quite often much quicker than that and may even arrive the following day, but please do not rely on this being the case. If you definitely require your order the following working day (Mon-Fri), we recommend using the express delivery option.
Please note express delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, IOM, NI and Isles of Scilly is not a next day service. Please allow 3 or 4 days for the delivery to arrive, although more often than not they would be with you within a couple of days.
3. What is the difference between standard and express delivery? If you choose standard delivery your order will be sent either by 2nd class Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier, dependent on the weight of your order. It will be dispatched as soon as possible and in most cases the same business day. There is no guaranteed delivery date when standard delivery is chosen.
If you choose express delivery and have ordered before 2:30 pm, your order will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered before 6:00 pm the following working day. It will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier, dependent on the weight.
Please note express delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, IOM, NI and Isles of Scilly is not a next day service. We suggest allowing 3 or 4 days for the delivery to arrive, although more often than not they would be with you within a couple of days.

4. What if my express delivery does not arrive the next working day (Mon-Fri)? Please contact us and we will investigate. If delivery is found to have failed, we will refund your delivery charge in full. Please note if an attempted delivery has been made, we cannot offer any refund.
5. Will I need to be in to take delivery? Most orders do require a signature, however the lighter, smaller items sent by 2nd Class delivery do not
require a signature. If you think you will not be in please add a note on your order to leave with neighbour / leave around the back
etc. If the driver feels it is not safe or advisable to leave the goods where suggested, he/she will take them back to the depot but
in most cases the goods can be left where suggested.
6. What will happen if I'm not in to receive delivery? If you are not in, your order will be returned to the local delivery office, post office, or courier depot dependent on the service used. You will be able to collect the item or arrange for delivery another time. A card should be left stating that an attempted delivery was made. If you have not received your order on the day you expect it and no card is left, please contact us as soon as possible so we can follow up with carrier.
7. Why does it cost more to send to N. Ireland, Highlands etc? Due to the distances and costs involved with delivering to these locations couriers charge more which unfortunately means we have to pass on those costs.
8. What should I do if my order has not arrived within 5 days? If you choose standard delivery, your order should arrive within 5 days, however it is quite
often much quicker than that and may even arrive the following day, but please do not rely on this being the case. If you
definitely require your order the following day, we recommend using the express delivery option. Please note that 5 days
for standard delivery is a guideline and whilst most orders will be delivered within 5 days there is no guaranteed delivery
time.
