DELIVERY INFO

We want you to receive your goods as quickly as possible and in the condition in which they are dispatched. To do this we use Royal Mail, Parcel Force or City Link. Delivery charges will depend on the service chosen (standard or express delivery) and the weight of your items. We will use the most suitable form of delivery for the weight and service chosen. The price structure is below. Charges are calculated automatically, based on the weight of the order. All you need to do is to choose the service you require and where your goods are going.

* Spend over £75 (excluding delivery) and standard delivery is free in England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands (including Glasgow and Edinburgh). Other areas receive a discount equivalent to the charge to England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands.

We do our best to deliver the goods to the correct address, however we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. If goods are delayed due to this information being incorrect or incomplete, we are unable to offer any refund. Always ensure you supply us with a correct, complete delivery address including postcode.

Once delivery has been signed for at the given address, it is no longer the responsibility of Signature Balloons. If the goods are signed for by someone other than the recipient, but not passed on, we cannot take responsibility for this or offer any refund.

If you choose express delivery and your order is not delivered or an attempted delivery is not made on the day expected you will be entitled to a full refund of your delivery charge. Exceptions to this rule include, but are not limited to, your delivery being delayed by terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, incorrectly supplied address details, strikes, blockades, natural disasters industrial accidents and road accidents.

1. How quickly will my order be delivered?
If you choose standard delivery, your order should arrive within 5 days, however it is quite often much quicker than that and may even arrive the following day, but please do not rely on this being the case. If you definitely require your order the following day, we recommend using the express delivery option.

2. How will my order arrive?
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier depending on the delivery option chosen. A signature will be required for ALL deliveries.

3. What is the difference between standard and express delivery?
If you choose standard delivery your order will be sent either by 1st class Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier, dependent on the weight of your order. It will be dispatched as soon as possible and in most cases the same business day. There is no guaranteed delivery date when standard delivery is chosen.

If you choose express delivery and have ordered before 1 pm, your order will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered before 5.30 pm the following working day. It will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier, dependent on the weight.

4. What if my express delivery does not arrive the next working day?
Please contact us and we will investigate. If delivery is found to have failed, we will refund your delivery charge in full. Please note if an attempted delivery has been made, we cannot offer any refund.

5. Will I need to be in to take delivery?
Yes. A signature is required for ALL our deliveries.

6. What will happen if I'm not in to receive delivery?
If you are not in, your order will be returned to the local delivery office, post office, or courier depot dependent on the service used. You will be able to collect the item or arrange for delivery another time. A card should be left stating that an attempted delivery was made. If you have not received your order on the day you expect it and no card is left, please contact us as soon as possible so we can follow up with carrier.

7. Why does it cost more to send to N. Ireland, Highlands etc?
Due to the distances and costs involved with delivering to these locations couriers charge more which unfortunately means we have to pass on those costs.

8. You've sent me the wrong items, what shall I do?
If you have chosen standard delivery and your items haven’t been received within 5 days, please let us know and we will follow up with the carrier.
