Which Way Up?

Neck orientation of a balloon simply means where do you want the neck to be when the balloon is printed, at the top or at the bottom.
Most balloons are printed with the neck at the bottom so when they are filled with helium or placed on balloon sticks the logo or text is the right way up.
If you are filling the balloons with air to hang them down by the neck, they will need to be printed 'neck up' for the logo to be the right way up.
