Last night we attended a ceremony for the New Forest Brilliance in Business Awards 2011/12 at Carey’s Manor and were thrilled to come away with the prestigious award for Outstanding Customer Service!
Initially, we were required to submit succinct answers to some very thought-provoking questions on the subject of Customer Service. At the beginning of November we were delighted to hear we had been short-listed and were invited to attend a panel interview to talk about our business further.
During the interview we spoke about our Core Values and how they lie at the heart of everything we do. They haven’t just been written down to be filed away and forgotten; we honestly do live and breathe them every day! Find out about our values.
A while ago, we defined the purpose of our business and decided that it is to create happiness and joy through balloons. Finding out not only how to meet but exceed our customer’s needs is critical to fulfilling this purpose.
We beat off some stiff competition to achieve this award in the form of New Forest Activities and Stanwell House Hotel who clearly also share the same passion and belief that providing outstanding customer service is at the root of business performance.

We had a very enjoyable evening (Anna and I concur the scones were to die for!) hearing of the many successes of businesses in the New Forest area and we are truly honoured to receive this accolade which reflects the hard work of the whole Signature team.
