How to make a Balloon Bouquet

Bouquets make perfect table centres and are also ideal to decorate the entrances and to fill corners of rooms.  Bouquets usually consist of an odd number of balloons, for example, 3 staggered balloons for a table centre and either 5, 7 or 9 for larger bouquets.

You simply inflate your balloons, tie different length ribbons to them and then stagger / cluster them as you like. This may be a simple 3 balloon bouquet, one above the other or a large 10 balloon bouquet with layers of 3, 3, 3 then 1 balloon.
